Subject : Problem Sending Out Emails

Dear Valued Customers,

If you get the error message "Relaying denied. Proper authentication required." while trying to send an email, please follow the following instructions to configure your Outlook Express settings as the mail server had been configured to protect against spammers from using the mail server as a gateway to send out spam emails.

Instruction on how to enable SMTP authentication on Outlook Express

1. Go to Tools and Select Accounts... from the Tools Menu.
2. Click on the Mail Tab and double-click on your email account profile.
3. Tick the "My server requires authentication" from the Servers tab.
4. Click "Apply".
5. Click "Ok".
6. You're ready to start using Outlook Express to send emails from your mail server.
